These experiences can strain our relationships and lead to unhelpful habits. While it may seem hard to ask for help, doing so is often the first step toward healing and moving forward.
As a registered psychologist, I offer individual and relationship counselling using evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). For those who seek a spiritual component in their healing journey, I also offer a faith-based approach to support your growth.
